A) Traditional Bed & Breakfast

*client has access to all guest areas (TV lounge, dining room, deck, yard, fire pit), around the clock tea and cookies, and an AM continental self-serve breakfast.

B) Basic room rental

*client access and service provision is confined to his/her room (with ensuite bathroom).

Every morning we set out
home made baking and bread.

Beverages include coffee, tea, dairy
and non-dairy milk (on request), and juices.

Additional eats include an assortment of cold and warm cereals, yogurt, and apple sauce.



Weekdays: 6 am

Weekends: 7 am

(you drop in and start whenever you like after set-up time, if you are up earlier, grab a coffee/tea and hang tight)

Breakfast is open to guests until 11:00 am.



3 full business days

For cancellations without designated notification, a minimum $50.00 cancellation fee will be retained. Some exceptions may apply.

*As we are a rural location with 4 guest rooms, were are typically a pre-organized destination, and the majority of bookings are completed months in advance.  Subsequently, and unlike an urban based hotel, our cancellation policy is a bit different as it is very unlikely for us to be able to fill a short-notice cancellation.

Although advanced bookings are preferred, last minute bookings are welcomed but we may already have plans!

payment & card authorization

By reserving a room(s) at the Inn on the 10th, you agree to our policies, terms, and conditions.

We require a credit card to reserve our guest rooms, and accept cash, cheque, e-transfer and major credit cards (excluding AMEX).

By asking to reserve a room, you are authorizing Inn on the 10th to charge your card in case of cancellation, as per policy described.   If you do not cancel your reservation, we will charge your credit card only upon your arrival, not before.

house rules

As we are welcoming guests into our home to share an intimate space, we ask all guests to keep in mind that:
shoes come off at the front door; guest areas are to be left as they were found; not to use white towels to wash off makeup or debris from garments/body; interior and exterior home access is intended for guest use only; guest home access is via north facing front door (golf course side); a quiet, respectful environment is to be maintained throughout the day, and to accept a formal quiet hour by 8 pm; our home and guest rooms host antique furniture and small items, guests must be prepared to accept responsibility for damage incurred as a result of his/her actions or lack there of; social beverages are welcome, although any excess consumption and subsequent outcomes is not tolerated; we are not responsible for accidents, injury, or loss of property of any kind.

​​Early check-in and Late check-out

If you request for, and we are able to provide, an early check-in or late check-out, a $50 fee will applied to room rental. 

Lost Keys

Please do not forget to return the key.  Lost or not returned key fee is $25.

Wifi Access

Guests are welcome to access our wifi for an additional $10/day of use.
